Free Range Leg roast
Our leg roasts have a good layer of fat on them which renders down when cooking, keeping the pork moist and making the best crackling ever. The meat itself has a good marbling quality ensuring that the pork stays tender and juicy after cooking.
Free Range Rolled Loin
Rolled loin is the middle third of the pig with the ribcage removed. It is trimmed of excess fat and the belly is rolled into the loin and strung. This results in a beautiful roasting roll with skin for crackling and a small layer of fat to ensure moist mouth-watering pork.
Free Range Rolled shoulder
This is the shoulder of the pig with the hock and the bone removed. It is trimmed and strung resulting in a much loved roasting piece among our customers, much like our rolled loin.
Free Range Loin racks
Loin racks are the loin with the belly removed then trimmed, scored and jointed to make carving into portions easy.
Free Range Spare ribs
Spare ribs are the belly of the pig cut into portions. Usually marinated and cooked in sweet sauce they're finger-lickin good!
Free Range Y bone chops
Y bone chops are cut from the shoulder with the scotch fillet removed. This makes it a great cut for use on the barbeque along with some snags.
Free Range Leg steaks
Leg steaks are, as the name suggests, steaks cut from the leg and have very little to no fat on them. This makes them ideal for almost any recipe and they can be used in stir-fries and casseroles, or marinated, knocked out flat and stuffed (just like Paul Mecurio did at our farm for his TV series).
Free Range Scotch fillet
This is the fillet taken out from the neck. It can be left whole for roasting or can be wrapped and cut into portions. It’s a great cut with marbling running through it, so it’s good for roasting by itself or wrapped in bacon - yum!
Free Range Pork medallions
Pork medallions are the loin, boned out and butterflyed open - a delicious alternative to loin chops.
Free Range Pork Premium
Our Premium mince is made from only the best free range pork and, with a smaller amount of fat than regular mince, it’s a healthy option for home made hamburgers or sausage rolls.
Free Range Pork Premium
Our plump premium sausages are superb - being made almost purely from premium mince pork. Gluten free and with natural skins (not synthetic) they are ideal for a BBQ or a quick meal. You won’t end up with a pan full of fatty water and a sausage that’s halved in size with these beauties!
Free Range Smoked leg ham
Our smoked leg ham is trimmed, then cured using our own ‘secret’ recipe, and finally smoked with Australian red gum. This results in a beautiful unique taste that is a huge hit with our customers. Remember our hams sell out quickly, especially at Christmas so order early to avoid disappointment.
Free Range Boneless leg ham
Leg ham that has been carefully boned out, trimmed of excess fat, netted and cured to form a solid ham, then smoked on racks and either left whole or sliced.

This is the end piece of the bacon that can’t be cut into whole rashers. It’s great diced on oysters Kilpatrick (especially Coffin Bay oysters!), as a topping on your favourite pizza or as an addition to many dishes.
